Terms of use

Using SAJUVIBE

SAJUVIBE is a factual and educational Korean Saju chart experience. It is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

Current service boundary

The current service accepts Gregorian dates from 1801 through 2100, exact or unknown birth time, and the 32 cities listed in the birth form.

The free experience shows your calculated chart with educational explanations and short reflections. Paid In-Depth readings are personalized, chart-based reflections built from your calculated chart — or, for Compatibility, from both people's calculated charts.

Both are for reflection and education. They are not predictions, they are not professional advice, and they do not promise any outcome in relationships, work, money, health, or the future.

Your information

You are responsible for entering the birth information and DST occurrence shown on the available record. Incorrect or incomplete input can change the calculated chart. Unknown time is accepted and causes time-dependent information to remain unavailable.

Availability and changes

The service and its supported inputs may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Calculation or presentation defects may be corrected after verification.

Who operates SAJUVIBE

SAJUVIBE is operated by CODEGENIE, based in South Korea. For any question about these Terms, your purchase, or your data, use the Contact page.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an In-Depth reading.

Paid In-Depth readings

Each In-Depth reading (Love, Career, Money, Compatibility, or Year Reflection) is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider. After payment is confirmed, the reading is delivered digitally: a Reading Ready email with a link to view it, ongoing access from My Readings, and Recovery if you need to restore access to a device or browser where you're no longer signed in.

Refunds

In-Depth readings are digital content. A reading is delivered once your payment is confirmed and the reading is made available to you — on the payment confirmation page, in My Readings, or through the link in your Reading Ready email, with Recovery available if you need to restore access. Delivery doesn't depend on the email arriving.

Before checkout, you ask us to make your reading available immediately and acknowledge that, if the law where you live gives you a right to cancel (for example, in the UK), you lose that right once the reading is made available. For that reason, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind after delivery.

We will give you a full refund if you were charged more than once for the same reading; a problem on our side stops your reading from being delivered or opened and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us; we unlocked the wrong paid reading because of an error on our side; you didn't authorize the payment; or a refund is otherwise required by law.

To request a refund, use the Contact page within 30 days of purchase, choose “Purchase / payment question”, and include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, the payment ID from your Dodo Payments receipt. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our payment provider, to your original payment method. If you don't recognize a charge, contacting us first is often the quickest way to resolve it, but it doesn't affect your right to dispute the charge with your card issuer.

30 days is the period in which we can normally process a refund through Dodo Payments. It is a window for contacting us, not a promise that every purchase is refundable: the reasons above still decide whether a refund is given. If you contact us after 30 days, we will still look at your request, but it may need additional review with Dodo Payments and we can't promise the outcome.

A full refund removes access to that reading. If we give a partial refund, you keep access.
